Achievements Thus Far
DID Virtual Call Centre is a social enterprise which offers call centre services to organisations, governments, and businesses in Malaysia. The virtual call centre is operated by visually impaired people and people with disabilities, who have been trained to operate computer systems, take phone calls and provide calling services for companies and organisations worldwide. DID has been serving the blind and visually impaired since 2012. The organisation, which aims to empower people with vision loss and maximise their independence hopes to employ more than 50 visually impaired people by year end to accommodate the demand of services from the public.
